Job Full Description

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hydroforming tooling using manual drafting techniques or CAD software (depending on experience).
• Fabricate tooling components using a variety of metalworking techniques, including machining, welding, and sheet metal fabrication.
• Assemble and ensure proper alignment of tooling components.
• Maintain and repair existing hydroforming tooling.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tooling to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Document tooling development and assembly processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with hydroforming experience.
• Proven ability to use manual drafting tools or CAD software (familiarity with specific software a plus).
• Strong understanding of metalworking principles and techniques.
• Experience with machining equipment (CNC mills, lathes) and welding processes (TIG, MIG) is a plus.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
