Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant – Ascension Parish – B069
Temporary Position – 3 months
$16.00 per hour
8:00am – 4:30pm Mon – Fri
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring for an Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant that is highly skilled in Excel spreadsheet management, for a local client in Ascension parish.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing meeting schedules for the management team
- Organizing luncheons and travel as needed for the management team
- Working with the company uniform vendor to fit employees with uniforms, place orders/ make changes and assure invoice accuracy
- Collect Payroll Exception Sheets and submit to Payroll weekly
- Provide data entry, report generation and other computer support to management
- Run local errands as needed
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail
- Filing, scanning, and organizing records, drawings and other documents
- Work as a liaison with HR
- Other duties as required
