Full Time Position
Local Ascension Parish company is looking for an experienced Office/Service Coordinator with office and administrative experience to become a valued member of their team.
The Service Coordinator Office Administrator will be responsible for:
- Entering data
- Scheduling services
- Reviewing paperwork to ensure it is completed properly
- Sending out invoices
- Processing payments
- Phones
- filing
- Other administrative duties
Qualities and Skills Required:
- This is a working shop environment - MUST be okay being in this type of environment
- Outgoing and customer service-oriented
- Good computer skills are a MUST
- The ability to multitask is a MUST.
- Must be detail-oriented and motivated
- Must be reliable and have an excellent attendance record
- Able to handle strong personalities
