Full time/Long term position
Express Employment Professionals, a full-service staffing agency, is currently hiring a Branch Manager for a client in St. John Parish.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES for BRANCH MANAGER:
- This Branch Manager will cover branch operation, supervision and sales
- Accountable for the revenue, gross profit and performance of the location
- Lead and resolve all issues affecting sales, gross profit, operating profit, customer relationships, supplier relationships, organizational development and employee satisfaction
- Develop & implement plans to achieve sales growth
- Manage expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Provide leadership, focus & discipline to ensure organizational alignment & effectiveness
- Define & implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and lead the complaint resolution and order fulfillment process
- Foster and lead teamwork and cohesiveness between the sales team, supply team, and back-office team
- Other tasks may be needed.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7-10 years sales experience in a customer facing role
- At least five years of experience leading, developing, and directing field based sales teams
- Demonstrated sales performance and sales leadership skills; track record of developing sales talent
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written skills
- Strong leadership, planning and organization, and problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong selling, relationship building, communication, teamwork and consultation skills
- Demonstrated personal adaptability and the ability to drive change
