Job Full Description
General Labor/ HVAC Helper - Ascension Parish - B753
Responsibilities:
-
Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems
-
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
-
Help with ductwork, piping, and unit installation
-
Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision
-
Keep work areas clean and organized
-
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
-
No prior HVAC experience required—training will be provided
-
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade
-
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
-
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes in confined spaces or at heights
-
Valid driver’s license preferred
-
Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
