Our client is seeking a dependable and motivated Office Coordinator to provide administrative support in a fast-paced industrial environment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, maintains strong attention to detail, and is ready to contribute to a team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Maintain daily payroll paperwork, including exception sheets and attendance tracking
- Process new hire paperwork and manage time clock entries
- Manage shop supplies, tooling, and break room inventory; coordinate ordering as needed
- Develop and distribute weekly overtime and attendance reports for hourly employees
- Assist with safety administration by scanning/uploading certifications and coordinating employee testing
- Scan and upload completed travelers, drawings, and production documentation
- Print production paperwork, including travel, inspection sheets, and equipment checklists
- Manage employee reimbursements and cash-outs
- Assist with employee events, notices, lunches, and monthly breakfasts
- Provide back-up support
- Support HR and Payroll administration as needed
- Coordinate logistics activities
- Assist with inventory management
- Perform other duties as assigned
