Inside Sales Representative (Industrial Supplies)
Full Time | Lafayette, LA | $20.00/hr.
We are seeking a dependable Inside Sales Representative to support industrial supply sales by generating quotes, assisting customers, and closing transactions. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing company.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Generate customer quotes and proposals based on requests via phone or email

Provide product knowledge to help customers select correct products for their applications and projects
-
Follow up on quotes and proposals, negotiate as needed, and close sales
-
Coordinate shipping, material requirements, and delivery timelines
-
Enter orders into the company’s ERP system according to established procedures
-
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
-
Work closely with the Outside Sales team and communicate account feedback
-
Assist customers with counter sales as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 1 year B2B industrial sales experience
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience with Infor SXe software is a plus
-
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer service
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
