Skilled Plumber
New Iberia, LA |Full-Time | Pay: $26-32/Hr.
We are seeking a Skilled Plumber with commercial or industrial experience to join our team producing modular and industrial building products.
Responsibilities:
-
Install, assemble, and troubleshoot plumbing systems
-
Read blueprints and ensure all work meets codes and project specifications
-
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment
-
Inspect machines and equipment for proper operation
-
Assist in multiple stages of the manufacturing process as needed
-
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
-
3+ years commercial/industrial plumbing experience
-
Knowledge of local, state, and federal plumbing codes
-
Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
-
Basic computer skills
Preferred:
-
Valid plumber license
-
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, climbing, and kneeling
-
Comfortable working indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions
