Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Lafayette, LA | $15–$20/hr. (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and dependable Full-Time Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join a busy automobile leasing company in Lafayette. This role involves a wide range of accounting and financial responsibilities and requires strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Duties:

Prepare bank and loan reconciliations
-
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
-
Record daily financial transactions and complete postings
-
Process and write checks
-
Prepare financial reports and analyze data
-
Maintain organized financial documentation
-
Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Proficiency in QuickBooks
-
Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
