Inside Sales Representative
Lake Charles, LA | $18/hour (DOE) | Full-Time | Bilingual
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative in Lake Charles, LA. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and experience in roofing, building, or remodeling materials who is ready to deliver top-tier service and be part of a winning team.
Duties:
- Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Follow product/supply checklists and upsell additional items
- Answer phones and enter sales orders accurately
- Accept and apply payments to customer accounts
- Coordinate customer pickups with warehouse staff
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Reorder products to maintain proper inventory levels
- Address and resolve customer service concerns
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking required)
- 1–2 years of experience in roofing, siding, windows, or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay:
- Starting at $18/hour, depending on experience
