Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Full Time (Temp to Perm)
$18 – $25 / Hour (DOE)
Youngsville Area
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with a strong background in repairing machinery, tools, and equipment. This position requires mandatory experience with gas combustion engines, including forklifts, as well as knowledge of cranes and industrial equipment. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, skilled mechanic looking for long-term placement.
Duties:
- Repair and maintain forklifts (gas combustion engines)
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment
- Repair cranes, tools, and shop equipment
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Maintain service records and complete repairs in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Mandatory forklift repair experience (gas combustion engines)
- Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems preferred
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Dependable and safety-focused
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime and weekends as needed
Pay:
- $18 – $25/hour (DOE)
- Pay may be negotiable for the right candidate
