AR Clerk
$52k-$57 / Year | Full-Time

This AR Clerk will support the AR Manager in a fast-paced oil & gas environment.
💰 Pay: $52K–$57K (paid hourly, OT possible during month-end)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices (field tickets, SOs, electronic billing like OpenInvoice/Ariba)
- Maintain billing records & AR aging reports
- Assist with collections, payment tracking & reconciliations
- Support month-end close & audits
- Handle customer billing questions & resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
- 3+ years AR experience
- Strong accounting knowledge + Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Oil & gas billing experience is a plus
