Sales Associate
New Iberia| Full-Time| Pay: $15-$20/Hr. DOE

Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join a busy Outdoor Power Equipment team. This position focuses on customer service, equipment and parts sales, and assisting customers with product information and financing options. 

---

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

• Sell outdoor power equipment and parts

• Process customer purchases, financing, refunds, and payments

• Bill out customers picking up repaired equipment

• Look up parts using schematics and related systems

• Demonstrate equipment operation and product features

• Answer customer questions and provide product information

• Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-day reporting

• Prepare merchandise displays and maintain organized work areas

• Maintain product knowledge and assist with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn company systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to operate equipment and demonstrate product usage

• Dependable, personable, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8+ hours daily

• Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly

• Ability to work safely and follow company policies

Schedule

• Full-time

• Must be available to work 5½ days per week

• Saturdays required (8:00am–12:00pm)

• $15-$20/Hr. DOE
