Job Full Description
Inventory Analyst I is an integral part of medical food and formula production. Assignments are complex, varied, and completed under general supervision. Advanced level of skill is required. This role is responsible for physical inventory accuracy, inventory transactions, data maintenance, and must exhibit a high level of personal initiative to be successful.
Monday-Friday 6am-2:30, $23+/hr to start DOE, temp to perm, benefits
High School Diploma
1+ years direct experience cycle counting Raw Material and/or Finished Goods
1+ experience with warehouse management systems; Fishbowl experience preferred
Previous forklift experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain a neat and clean work area.
Strong mathematical skills (percentages, decimals, statistical process control) and ability to use a
calculator.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required; i.e., VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables.
Shows strong desire to take on new opportunities as the business continues to develop.
Ability to achieve and maintain forklift certification.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team.
Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced, cross functional team environment.
Ability to interact well with other staff members and in alignment with company’s overall goals.
Ability to have a positive, can-do attitude, be reliable and punctual.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to improve procedures and processes.
Ability to maintain confidential company data.
Perform daily cycle counts of all materials (raw, packaging, finished goods and production
supplies) for all locations incl. external warehouses, 3PLs and Brockton.
Accurately check physical inventory levels on the finished goods and materials.
