Job Full Description
Candidate must have solid computer skills and very comfortable with Quickbooks. The job is Full Cycle Accounts Payable for a Tool Rental Company. Receiving Vendor invoices matching them up with packing slips and written purchase orders from various other departments, processing them into QuickBooks and cutting checks. Also maintaining spreadsheets when checks are mailed and responding to vendor payment inquiries.
Monday-Friday anywhere 8-5, full time, temp to perm. $23/hr to start with great benefits when hired perm.
