Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm.

Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing essential support to the office by answering phones, scheduling sales calls, and performing general clerical tasks. This role ensures smooth daily operations and professional communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Phone Management:
Answer all inbound phone calls promptly and professionally.
Direct calls to the appropriate team members or departments.
2. Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm sales appointments, coordinating calendars as needed.
Communicate appointment details to sales staff and clients.
3. Clerical and Office Support:
Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and
maintaining office supplies.
Assist with data entry and other basic office operations.
Ensure the front office is welcoming and organized.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Key Metrics:
1. Call Response Time: Ensuring all calls are answered quickly and routed correctly.
2. Scheduling Accuracy: Timely and error-free appointment scheduling.
3. Task Completion: Consistent and accurate completion of clerical and administrative
tasks.
Reporting Schedule:
Daily: Summary of calls and appointments scheduled.
Weekly: Updates on office tasks and areas needing attention
