Immediate start for qualified Maintenance Technicians at residential property in Cambridge, MA.
Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay is $25/hour.

Top candidates will have experience with building and maintenance systems, as well as a solid knowledge of heating, plumbing, light electrical, basic carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance in a residential community setting.
The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for the completion of routine and preventive maintenance programs at the direction of the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor. The candidate should also possess strong customer service skills and professionalism to deal effectively with residents, vendors, supervisors, and co-workers.
This position requires ability to interpret specifications, lift 50lbs unassisted, walk several flights of stairs while carrying tools, and operate and repair light equipment.
