We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in factory settings, contributing to our commitment to excellence in manufacturing operations.
$17.50/hour – 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri
$18.90/hour – 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am, Mon-Fri
$19.60/hour – 3rd shift 9:00pm-7:00am Mon PM – Fri AM
Core duties and responsibilities:
Check, maintains and registers photo tools for use.
Perform exposing processes per general instructions to achieve uniform image of customer product.
Perform developing processes per general instructions to remove unexposed resist and bake sheets in preparation for etch.
Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
