Dishwasher
Compensation: $17–$20/hour
• Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dishwashing area
• Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, surfaces, and equipment
• Properly dispose of waste and recycling according to organizational procedures
• Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies
• Support food service staff during meal preparation and cleanup
• Follow all health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas as needed
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations
• Work on a local Boston Island, requiring a daily 25-minute ferry commute to and from the Island and the ability to work effectively in an outdoor, mission-driven environment
