Busy distribution company in Brockton is looking to hire a reliable Driver and Warehouse worker on a temp to perm basis!
Shift is Monday-Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm. Pay is $25/hour.
Primary Responsibilities:
• This is a 50/50 split between 26' Box Truck driving for local deliveries and warehouse order picking.
• Perform various warehouse functions, such as picking orders, packaging orders, tagging orders with appropriate job tags and assisting with loading trucks.
• Pick and prepare orders for delivery.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Work as a team member by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, constructive manner.
Basic:
• Minimum 1 year experience driving a 26' box truck or similar-sized commercial vehicle and minimum 2 years related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jack and order picker helpful.
