Hiring Immediately for CNC Machinist!
Position Title: CNC Machinist (Full-time)
Pay: $18 - $20/hr experienced required
Shift Times:
1st shift
CNC Machinist Responsibilities & Duties
- Set-up & prove out new and existing programs
- Ability to edit programs at CNC control as needed
- Vertical CNC Available
- Horizontal CNC Available
- Read process sheets, blueprints, and sketches
- Monitor the production process
- Perform and document In-Process Inspection
- Move parts and paperwork to the next stage of production
- Maintain work areas and equipment
CNC Machinist Qualifications & Skills
- 5-15 years experience in an active CNC Operating role
- Good math and mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving
- A positive and a proactive mindset
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to Set-Up and prove out new & existing jobs.
- Strong understanding & experience with G & M codes
- Loading & Unloading of Parts into Machines & Fixtures using Cranes & Magnets
- Candidate must be able to read and use inspection equipment & tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Etc)
- Editing tool compensation experience is a must.
