Job Summary:
As the Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of influencer-driven campaigns targeting professional businesses in the Detroit metro area. Your primary focus will be to increase brand awareness and generate qualified B2B leads for staffing services through partnerships with local influencers, content creators, and thought leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a 60–90 day influencer marketing strategy targeting Detroit-based professional businesses

Identify, vet, and onboard relevant local influencers across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, and Facebook

Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling B2B content that promotes our staffing solutions and success stories

Manage campaign timelines, content calendars, approvals, and deliverables

Monitor influencer content for performance, engagement, and lead generation impact

Coordinate cross-promotion with internal sales and marketing teams

Track KPIs and deliver campaign reports with actionable insights

Serve as the local brand advocate, representing Express in external content when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media or influencer campaigns

Strong understanding of the Detroit business landscape and its key industries

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills

Comfortable using LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media management tools

Self-starter with project management skills and attention to detail
