Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM

What You’ll Do

As a CRM & Sales Automation Intern, you’ll work hands-on in Apollo.io — a leading B2B prospecting and engagement platform — to help build and optimize our sales workflows. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in B2B marketing, CRM management, and modern sales tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly within Apollo.io to manage contacts, sequences, and prospect lists

  • Help build and organize outbound campaigns and automations

  • Research and verify company and contact data for accuracy

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to test outreach strategies

  • Report on campaign performance and help refine workflows

  • Clean and maintain CRM data to improve reporting and efficiency

  • Learn how sales pipelines are built and how tech stacks support growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Data, or related field)

  • Interest in B2B sales, marketing automation, or CRM tools

  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn fast

  • Comfortable using web-based platforms and Excel/Sheets

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
