Janitorial Supervisor (Part-Time)
📍 Location: East Detroit, MI
💲 Pay: $20.00/hour
🕒 Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Part-Time)
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to oversee cleaning staff and ensure all facilities are maintained to high cleanliness and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
- Inspect work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety compliance
- Train and support team members as needed
- Manage schedules and delegate tasks appropriately
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs
- Address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
Requirements
- Previous janitorial and/or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a team effectively
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
