Machine Operator/Fabricator Job Summary: A fourth generation family owned and operated foam fabrication company is looking for a solid new team member to join their team!
Machine Operator/Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Program, operate and tend saws and machines to cut foam or material and to adjust machine speed and tension, moving levers and hand wheels.
- Adjust saw blades by turning hand wheels, pressing pedals, levers, and panel buttons, or using wrenches and rulers.
Working with a block of foam to build mattresses
- Applying glue with a spray gun
- Using measuring and written instructions
- Ability to load and unload foam weighing up to 50lbs
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift; 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM overtime required during the week and on Saturday
- $16.00/HR
Fabricator Qualifications:
- Must be able to use a tape measure
- Reliable and excellent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to look at a work instructions to assemble and build foam posture forming mattresses
