Senior Director of Sales Job Summary:

Headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI, Convivial Brands is a thriving and expanding enterprise currently seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead the strategic direction, performance, and operations of their wholesale division, as well as Print Manufacturing division. This is a high-impact leadership position ideal for a results-driven, relationship-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, operations, and team development.
The Senior Director of Sales will oversee all aspects of the sales function, including revenue growth strategy, team performance, sales operations, and key account management. The successful candidate will drive a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture through effective leadership, KPI management, process development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and distribution teams. This position requires an individual who excels at problem-solving through teamwork, builds trust quickly, and brings a deep understanding of B2B and retail/wholesale sales environments.
Senior Director of Sales Responsibilities:

Manage key, sales related aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, tradeshow selling, sales training, and conversion.

Integrate sales processes and systems to streamline operations and improve data integrity across ERP, EDI, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.

Cultivate and manage relationships with key wholesale partners, national accounts, custom clients, and local boutiques.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, hours based on business needs
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives
Senior Director of Sales Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods, retail, or wholesale industry; experience in social expression, giftware, or product-based industries is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
