Job Full Description
Warehouse/Material Handler Summary: A structural steel company that fabricates steel stairs and hand rails for commercial and institutional buildings, is looking for an experienced overhead crane operator to join their team as a Warehouse/Material Handler.
Warehouse/Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Operate an overhead crane to load and unload large steel products
- Read pull lists and pull required materials
- Moving and staging steel products to proper locations
Schedule & Pay:
- 2nd shift 4:00pm-3:00am plus additional OT as required, must be able to train on 1st shift
- $19.80/HR
Warehouse/Material Handler Qualifications:
- Overhead crane experience is required
- Blueprint reading is a plus but not required
- Attention to details
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Able to be walk/stand for the duration of the shift
- Able to do physical work for the duration of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
