Seasonal Packing Line Associate
Location: Paw Paw, MI
Start Date: January 8, 2026
People Needed: 32 Associates (8 per Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment (Approx. 5 Weeks)
Shift:
A crew: Sunday 7am-7pm, Monday 7am-7pm, Tuesday 7am-7pm, Wednesday 7am-1pm
B crew: Wednesday 1pm-7pm, Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday 7am-7pm
C crew: Sunday 7pm-7am, Monday 7pm-7am, Tuesday 7pm-7am, Wednesday 7pm-1am
D crew: Wednesday(actually Thursday) 1am-7am, Thursday 7pm-7am, Friday 7pm-7am, Saturday 7pm-7am
About the Opportunity
A major manufacturing facility in Paw Paw, Michigan is seeking motivated individuals to join their team for a short-term production project. This is an excellent opportunity to earn consistent full-time hours in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary
Packing Line Associates will work on a high-speed production line to package finished products, perform quality inspections, stack cases, and maintain a clean and safe work area. No prior experience is required—training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and work along the packing line to package finished goods
- Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency
- Stack, and palletize cases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Shift & Schedule
- Full-time hours
- Consistent schedule throughout the 5-week assignment
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 15– 35 lbs as needed
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be able to start on January 8, 2026
