Ryan Smith

Ryan started his professional career as a personal trainer and fitness director after graduating from Cedarville University with a BA in Excercise Science. He worked in the fitness industry for 6 years prior to joining the Saint Joseph MI Express Employment Professionals office in August of 2015 as the Business Development Manager.
After joining the team and helping businesses in Southwest MI find solutions to their HR and staffing challenges he realized he had found a career worth trully investing in. Ryan purchased the office in 2019 and has been helping the community as one of the Top staffing providers in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.
Ryan and his wife Rebecca, who also works full time in the office, have 4 children who all attend Lakeshore Schools in Stevensville. Most of there time outside of the office is spent on activities with their kids. Sports, school activities, and church events are just a few of the many things their family is involved in.
Ryan is on multiple boards of directors and is very involved in his local church where he plays drums in the worship band. He has a passion for helping others succeed and win. He loves Express and the mission to help as many Great People find Great Jobs with Great Companies.
