Machine Operator
Location: South Haven, MI
Position Type: Full-Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay/Salary: $16.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
This position performs operations on assigned machines including set-ups, troubleshooting and teardown. To fulfill the requirements of this position, operators must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Ability to Operate Various Types of Machinery with Limited Interruptions. Efficient Machine Set-up and Teardown. Proficient Die Handling – Loading, Unloading, etc.
- Reading Blueprints & Part Specifications. Accurately Enter Production Data into Database
- Close Observation of Product while Processing. Troubleshooting based on Machine Monitoring
Qualifications
- Mechanical Aptitude / Capability to Learn New Concepts.
- Ability to Interact Well with Co-workers as well as Independently.
- Adaptability in handling fast-paced changes in production schedules
- Highly Detail-Oriented. Good Attendance/Punctuality
