Assistant Manager Part Time
Schedule:
1st 8am-5pm- Facility is open Monday- Saturday
Will be splitting time between two locations- one in Adrian and one in Ottawa Lake.
Payrate: $18

Job Duties:
- Work in a customer service-based role
- Assist in the daily operations of a self- storage facility including customer service, sales, and maintaining property appearance.
- Assisting customers with rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
Additional Requirements:
· To be able to lift 35 pounds (Lifting the overhead doors of the units)
· To be able to bend and lift large overhead doors that have handles at ground level and to pick up and dispose of any trash, boxes or small pieces of household items left on the lot
· To be able to pull down large overhead doors from a height above your head
· To be able to stand for extended periods of time as needed
· To be able to walk the entire property as needed (some properties are several acres)
· To be able to sweep large areas
· To be able to move retail boxes if a customer purchases them. They are more bulky than heavy
· To be able to work alone without any assistance
Education: High School Diploma/ GED Required
