PT Consumer Engagement Specialist
Austin, MN
PT - 24 hrs / week - 3 days/week
7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
$21.50 per hour
Duties of Consumer Engagement Specialist:
- Responds to consumer contacts such as calls, letters, and e-mails.
- Acts as a Company spokesperson by professionally responding to a variety of consumer questions about specific products.
- Will be trained on all product lines and our specific software application.
- Maintains reference information for specific products..
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Consumer Engagement Specialist:
- Experience with customer service
- Maturity of judgment
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Office and Administrative experience
- Longevity within work history
