Millwright Workers
Austin, MN
$60k-$100k annually
Direct Hire
Mon-Fri, Day Shift
On-Call & Weekends as needed
Responsibilities of Millwright Worker:
- Perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls and inspections – including corrective, preventative, predictive, and/or proactive tasks of industrial mechanical and rotating systems and equipment (For Example: Hammer Mills, Pumps, Centrifugal Pumps, Turbines, Cooling Towers, Fans, etc…)
- Assist & Perform duties associated with Non Destructive Testing Team such as Digital Radiography (DR), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Eddy Current (ET), Phased Array (PA), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Dye Penetrant (PT).
- On-call every 6 weeks for a Mon-Sunday period.
- Requires an average of ten nights out of the month of overnight work.
Qualifications of Millwright Workers:
- Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance and/or equivalent work experience
- Vibration Analyst ISO Category III: Level II or obtain Level II within 2 years. - Preferred
- Digital Radiography (DR), Ultrasonic Thickness Testing (UTT), Eddy Current (ET), Phased Array (PA), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Dye Penetrant (PT) within 2 years. - Preferred
- Knowledge of vibration analysis, laser alignment, and dynamic balancing are preferred, but will train.
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- High level mechanical skills
- Knowledge of computers and software (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Must be willing to travel
