General Laborer
Hope, MN
Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
Need to be flexible with start/end time varying due to fluctuating workload.
Extended harvest hours (Fall season)
$20.00 per hour
Duties of General Laborer:
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain the appearance of equipment, grounds, and facilities
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of grain inventories
- Ensure grain is segregated by grain type
- Blend and load out grain by truck or train while maintaining a high level of grain quality
- Assist with loading of trains at terminal locations
- Shoveling and sweeping of facility
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, swoop, kneel, crouch, etc throughout entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven longevity within work history
- No problem working out in the elements
