Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently assisting an industry-leading Bloomington manufacturer in their search for a Press Brake Operator. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be operating a Long Press machine that creates products according to specifications within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for this Press Brake Operator job include:
- Set up and operate Long Press machine
- Clean work area
- Load and unload products from machines once completed
- Verify accuracy of machine/motor settings
- Operate the press machine and perform set-up
- Accurately issue material.
- Record actual material quantity used in production
- Seek opportunities to increase part yield from materials
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have good math skills
- Must be able to understand English and communicate well with others
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous press machine operating experience required
- Ability to lift to 40 lbs as needed
Schedule:
- 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday
