Job Duties:
- Conduct applicant interviews.
- Ensure qualified candidates are matched with roles that suit their skills and experience.
- Maintain client satisfaction by locating potential candidates through the company database.
- Complete sales calls to current and potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service to associates and clients

Requirements:
- Must be able to adapt to frequent changes in job duties and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills are required (Excel proficiency is a plus)
