Order Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities May Include:
- Receiving and accurately reviewing customer orders.
- Locating and picking the correct spice products and quantities from warehouse shelves.
- Carefully packing orders to ensure products are protected during shipping.
- Generating and attaching shipping labels to packages.
- Ensuring all order contents match the packing slip and customer order.
- Maintaining an organized and clean work area.
- Reporting any discrepancies or issues with orders or inventory.
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Performing other related tasks as assigned.
Order Fulfillment Specialist Qualifications:
- Preferred 1+ years of proven experience in processing and fulfilling orders, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with basic inventory management procedures is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for order review and label printing.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to a certain weight (please specify if there is a weight limit).
