Job Summary
We are currently seeking HR Coordinator candidates for opportunities in St. Louis. This role is ideal for individuals with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills who are interested in supporting human resources operations in a professional office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
• Maintain employee records and handle HR-related inquiries
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding procedures for departing employees
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general questions
• Help resolve basic employee issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Assist with ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations
• Support preparation of HR reports, metrics, and employee data
• Assist with training programs and employee development initiatives
Requirements
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Accurate data entry skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Personable demeanor with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
