About the Role
This Shipping Dock Forklift Operator role supports outbound warehouse operations in St. Louis, Missouri. The position focuses on preparing and loading outbound shipments, operating forklifts, and using RF scanners while processing orders in WMS and ERP systems to ensure accurate, on-time shipping in a fast-paced dock environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and load outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts to pick, verify, stage, and load orders
- Use RF scanners to process orders and track inventory movement
- Process shipping transactions in WMS and ERP systems
- Verify shipment accuracy, packing lists, and Bills of Lading
- Load trailers according to proper freight handling and dock procedures
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient shipping dock
To Be Considered, You Must Meet the Following:
- Direct experience as a shipping dock forklift operator or in a similar warehouse shipping role
- Experience operating forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, and swing-lift preferred)
- Hands-on experience using RF scanning technology
- Experience working with WMS and ERP systems for shipping and inventory control
- Knowledge of trailer loading procedures and freight handling best practices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to shipment accuracy
