Forklift Operator - St. Louis, MO
Express Employment Professionals is a staffing agency hiring on behalf of our client companies in the St. Louis Metro area. If selected, you will be employed through Express Employment Professionals.
We are placing Forklift Operators with industrial and warehouse facilities throughout St. Louis City. These roles are a great fit for experienced operators who take pride in safe, efficient material movement and thrive in a high-energy production environment.
What We Offer
- Pay: $18-20/hr depending on experience
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Loading and unloading trucks, containers, and trailers
- Pulling, staging, and transporting product to designated areas
- Conducting pre-shift equipment inspections and reporting any mechanical issues
- Maintaining accurate inventory counts and verifying shipment documentation
- Following all safety protocols and warehouse traffic procedures
To Be Considered
- Prior forklift experience required; certification preferred
- Ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach truck (specify experience in application)
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for full shifts
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work any assigned shift
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
