Recruiting Outreach Specialist - St. Charles & St. Louis Areas
Are you a people person who loves getting out and meeting new folks? Express Employment Professionals in St. Charles County, MO is looking for a Recruiting Outreach Specialist! You'll spend most of your time in St. Charles County, with some work in St. Louis County and City.
This job is all about connecting with the community to find great candidates for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- 70% Out in the Community: You'll be visiting businesses, community centers, events, and high traffic areas to introduce Express and share information about job opportunities. Think putting up flyers, meeting people, and encouraging referrals.
- 30% Calling & Connecting: You'll also spend time on the phone, talking to potential candidates and building relationships with people who can refer talent to us.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.
- Mileage/Car Allowance: We provide a mileage or car allowance to cover your travel expenses.
- Bonus Opportunities: As you grow in this role, there will be opportunities for performance-based bonuses!
We're Looking For:
- Someone who loves to get out and talk to people!
- A self-starter who can manage their own schedule.
- Great communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and car insurance. This is a must, as you'll be on the road a lot.
