A local property management company in St. Charles, MO is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician (Make-Ready) to handle apartment repairs, maintenance, and preparation for new tenants. This is a great opportunity for a skilled and dependable technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining safe, comfortable living spaces.
Key Responsibilities

Perform HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance in apartments and common areas

Complete make-ready tasks to prepare units for new tenants

Use hand and power tools to perform small repairs, replacements, and installations

Address plumbing, electrical, lighting, and carpentry issues as needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace

Work independently and efficiently while ensuring quality and timeliness of all work orders
