Production Assembler – 2nd Shift – $22/hr | Weekly Pay | St. Charles, MO
A precision manufacturing company in St. Charles, MO is seeking a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Production Assembler to help assemble microscopic laser components. This position requires exceptional focus, steady hands, and an eye for accuracy. Ideal for individuals who have prior experience working with small parts in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble microscopic laser components using small precision instruments and tools

Look through microscopes or monitors to perform high-accuracy assembly work

Work both independently and in a small team of two to three people to meet production goals

Follow detailed instructions and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency

Sit for extended periods while performing repetitive, fine-detailed work

Maintain clean workstation and comply with all safety and quality policies

Participate in on-the-job training with an assigned mentor to ensure success
