Job Summary
We are currently seeking Production Lead candidates for opportunities in St. Charles, MO. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or production experience who are dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a team while working hands-on in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and support daily production operations
• Assign tasks and monitor workflow to meet production goals
• Train and support production team members
• Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are met
• Communicate with supervisors regarding production status
• Assist with hands-on production work as needed
Requirements
• Previous production or manufacturing experience required
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
