Construction Laborer – Saint Charles, MO – $19.00–$25.45/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Construction Laborer candidates for a full-time opportunity in Saint Charles, Missouri (63301). This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in general labor, construction support, maintenance, or remodeling who enjoy working with their hands and assisting with a variety of projects. Training is provided, but candidates with prior experience in construction, carpentry, or general maintenance are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with construction and maintenance projects on mobile office trailers
• Support carpentry, framing, flooring, painting, and general labor tasks
• Help with basic electrical and plumbing repairs under direction
• Prepare units for delivery by completing repairs and upgrades
• Assist with inspections to identify repair needs and customer damage
• Perform general shop, yard, and site cleanup duties
• Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and supplies
• Complete basic documentation for service and delivery work
• Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with clients
• Support other field locations and teams as needed
Requirements
• Previous construction, general labor, remodeling, or maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Willingness to learn new tasks and skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay
• Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Occasional early Fridays
• Typically 47–48 hours per week
• Pay based on experience:
– $19.00/hr for entry-level hands-on experience (home projects count)
– Up to $25.45/hr for experienced construction, carpentry, or maintenance backgrounds
