Administrative Assistant – 1st Shift – St. Peters, MO – $23.00/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Administrative Assistant candidates for a 1st shift opportunity working at the front of a service center in St. Peters, Missouri. This position is ideal for someone who is professional, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a team during an ongoing digital transformation. This role is expected to be a contract position, with the possibility of being hired on permanently if the fit is right.
You will be working with Express Employment Professionals, a staffing firm that partners with multiple reputable companies across St. Louis and St. Charles County.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Greet visitors as they walk into the service center
• Scan paper documents and work orders into a digital system
• Support ongoing digital transformation projects
• Complete data entry projects using Microsoft Excel
• Fill out and maintain spreadsheets accurately
• Follow standard operating procedures at all times
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization
Requirements
• Previous administrative or office support experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets and data entry)
• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
