Quality Support Specialist – 3rd Shift – Wentzville, MO – Up to $20.00/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Quality Support Specialist candidates for a 3rd shift opportunity in Wentzville, Missouri. This role is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Experience with metal stamping and welding is preferred, but training is available for candidates who show strong potential and willingness to learn.
You will be working with Express Employment Professionals, a staffing firm that partners with multiple reputable companies across St. Louis and St. Charles County.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Send daily reports detailing quality findings
• Distribute daily production build information, including pictures when available
• Inspect incoming frames to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform light rework when applicable
• Maintain regular contact with plant personnel regarding findings and potential issues
• Communicate quality concerns proactively, preferably before escalation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cross-communication and identify potential issues
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Engineers and the Quality Manager
• Communicate quality and inventory findings via email and in person
Requirements
• Previous quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience preferred
• Understanding of metal stamping preferred
• Welding experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Comfortable communicating findings with inventory, engineering, and plant teams
