Production Team Lead – 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift – Wentzville, MO – Up to $23.22/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Production Team Lead candidates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities in Wentzville, Missouri. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is visible on the production floor, supports associates through positive guidance, and ensures daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
You will be working with Express Employment Professionals, a staffing firm that partners with multiple reputable companies across St. Louis and St. Charles County.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee daily production operations across assigned shift
• Lead associates using a hands-on, visible, and supportive approach
• Assist associates on the production floor as needed
• Ensure associates receive proper training and guidance
• Support new process setup and teardown
• Enforce company rules, policies, and codes of conduct
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are consistently followed
• Respond to incidents or accidents, ensuring proper care and documentation
• Promote a safe, productive, and compliant work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous leadership or team lead experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with TS and ISO requirements
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold associates accountable
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Schedule & Pay
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Earn up to $23.22 per hour based on experience
