Quality Assurance Coordinator – 2nd Shift – Wentzville, MO – $20.00/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Quality Assurance Coordinator candidates for a 2nd shift opportunity in Wentzville, Missouri. This role is ideal for individuals with quality control experience who are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting production teams to ensure products meet established quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Assist with training production staff on work instructions and travelers
• Work with supervisors to verify training effectiveness
• Complete QA check-sheets, first-off inspections, and critical vehicle inspection points
• Perform receiving inspections as required
• Conduct product audits on received, in-process, and finished goods
• Complete a minimum of three quality audits per shift
• Document findings on appropriate check-sheets
• Communicate employee performance issues that may impact quality output
• Provide end-of-shift quality reports
Requirements
• Previous experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to follow and explain work instructions
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with check-sheets, inspections, and reports
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with production teams
