Janitor – 3rd Shift – Wentzville, MO – $19.31/hr
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Janitor candidates for a 3rd shift opportunity in Wentzville, Missouri. This role is ideal for individuals with janitorial or commercial cleaning experience who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. The position supports production, office, and outdoor areas while working closely with utility, maintenance, and safety teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Clean appliances including microwaves, refrigerators, coolers, and coffee pots
• Sweep and mop floors daily
• Operate industrial floor scrubbers and cleaning equipment
• Empty trash in production areas, offices, outdoor areas, and yard spaces
• Maintain recycling areas
• Pick up trash in the yard and along fences
• Empty ashtrays
• Maintain outdoor picnic tables and picnic areas
• Maintain inventory of PPE and supplies including sanitizer, wipes, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Assist utility and maintenance teams as needed
• Assist Health and Safety team with training on proper sanitizing practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment preferred
• Ability to wear and be qualified for a respirator
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
